A lovely mention about the ‘Outside In’ project which I did with Dr. Ulka Karandikar has been included on Willen Hospice’s recent blog update about their current building work:
” The boarded corridor was beautifully decorated with a hand drawn art scene by local artist Andrea Willette. The Hospice’s Dr. Ulka Karandikar collaborated with Andrea in designing and drawing a large scale black and white mural in the In-Patient Unit. Taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape, the three panels include flowers, water and trees. Staff, visitors and volunteers helped complete the large scale mural over the course of one weekend. One visitor commented, “it was a nice distraction for the children at this difficult time”. “
